The 2.690 sqm area, which is close to city transportation, is also designed as a housing in nature. The project consists of a total of 12 residences. 6 triplexes, 4 gardens and 2 terraces in the blocks consisting of dublex from 195 sqm to 235 sqm houses were designed in different sizes. In the project the green landscape and social activity opportunities are provided together besides the natural and local materials.
